Fresh Yard helps Augusta homeowners keep their yards clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy with professional dog poop pickup, pet waste removal, and odor-control services across Augusta. Veteran-owned and operated — no contracts, no hidden fees.
Between the Hill and south Augusta, backyards are where Garden City families actually live — and nobody wants to spend Saturday walking the lawn with a grocery bag over one hand. Fresh Yard's Augusta pooper scooper routes take that chore off your list for good: weekly or bi-weekly dog poop pickup, plus one-time cleanups when a yard needs a full reset. We cover homes across Richmond County, from the historic streets around the Hill down through Harrisburg and out to Belair, Pepperidge, and the West Augusta neighborhoods off Washington Road and Wheeler Road. Every visit ends the same way: waste hauled off in our truck, cleanup areas deodorized, and a closed-gate photo sent to your phone. Augusta yards work harder than most. Long, humid summers mean the grass grows fast, the heat breaks waste down slowly, and odors and flies settle in quickly if a yard is not kept clean. In established neighborhoods like Summerville, National Hills, and Forest Hills, mature shade trees make backyards the center of family life for a good part of the year, and a professionally maintained lawn is easier to actually enjoy. Regular dog poop removal also reduces the parasite pressure that comes with our Georgia climate, because hookworms, roundworms, and parvovirus can all persist in contaminated soil long after the mess itself is gone. Spring is a special season here. From azaleas in bloom to guests in town during tournament week, Augusta homeowners take real pride in their yards, and a clean lawn is part of that. Whether you are hosting on the patio in West Augusta, walking the dogs along the Riverwalk, or letting the kids and pets share the same backyard in Goshen Plantation or Windsor Spring, our job is simple: you should never have to think about what the dogs left behind. We scoop it, haul it away, and leave the yard fresh.
We walk the entire yard in a set pattern on every visit, from patio edges to fence lines, so nothing gets missed.
The waste leaves with us in our truck. Nothing is bagged and left in your bin to sit until trash day.
Cleanup areas are treated so your patio and play spaces stay smelling as clean as they look.
A heads-up when we are on the way, and a closed-gate photo after every visit so your dog is safe to go back out.
